TRANSCRIPT & VERIFICATION REQUESTS
Please note we DO NOT send out copies or replacements of diplomas. You can follow the directions below to request a transcript or a letter of verification that you have acquired a diploma.

Mail a letter with your request including:

1- your full name as it was when you attended (maiden name if applicable)
2- your date of birth
3- year of graduation
4- a telephone number for contact
5- where you want the transcript sent to (to whom, and full address)
6- a $3 money order to Clara Barton High School (no cash and no checks)
